European Researcher’s Night at i_mBody Lab – Noche de las Investigadoras e Investigadores
On Friday September 27th 2024, i_mBody Lab will host European Researcher’s Night at UC3M as part of the “Noche Europea de las Investigadoras e Investigadores de Madrid” event happening in Spain. During this event, our lab will welcome participants and enthusiasts to engage with our researchers and explore a range of interactive experiments and tools developed over the years. Attendees will have the opportunity to dive into our research on embodied perception, interaction, and AI, experiencing firsthand the cutting-edge innovations that shape our understanding of human-computer interaction. Join us for an evening of discovery and immersive exploration! European Researchers’ Night is a scientific outreach project promoted by the European Commission as part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions under the Horizon Europe program, taking place simultaneously in nearly 400 European cities since 2005. In Spain, seven projects are funded by the Commission for the years 2024 and 2025, with two additional associated projects. On September 27th, 2024, “La Noche 2024” offers hundreds of free activities where researchers will bring their work closer to the public in a fun and engaging way, showcasing the benefits their research brings to society and its impact on daily life. This will include experiments, workshops, demonstrations, experiences, tours, theatrical performances, monologues, and more.
